Why do I coach outdoors?
This is a question that, to be honest, I’m not asked as much as you might think!
This in itself, is odd. People seem to ‘get’ why outdoor coaching just works, but without really understanding why (luckily research is really getting into the benefits of walking in nature, and why it helps with coaching).
Maybe to understand why it instinctively works, it helps to look at how we evolved as a species, and use that to get our heads in the best possible place.
