Hi, I’m Ant and I’ve helped businesses to grow, plan and adapt and change for over 15 years.
Fed up with the frustrations of postponed and shortened meetings, constant interruptions and trying to think ‘outside the box’ whilst trapped ‘inside the box’, we started to hold our own business strategy sessions in the mountains.
I quickly saw the power that time, space and a gorgeous backdrop had on clarity, focus and creativity. Big problems seemed trivial, the background noise faded away, and we felt brave enough to ask the tough questions and get the big breakthroughs.
Mountain Boardroom was created to share this with you. I guide you on your journey - both your physical journey and personal journey - to free your thinking, clear your mind, and discover your path.

Claire Ackers
Claire is my wife and my rock, and my fellow director at Mountain Boardroom’s parent company, Adesse Partners Ltd. She works with emotionally-intelligent recruitment business owners, to help them achieve their dream lives, and grow an authentic and congruent company culture.
Claire launched Adesse in 2015, and offers (office based) 1-2-1 leadership coaching, workshops and online coaching programmes through her website www.claireackers.com
